As the oldest sibling and only girl among six brothers, first grandchild and the first college graduate; I quickly learned to carve my own path. I have a natural inclination to lead and uplift those around me.

Through my own experiences with various forms of coaching and stepping outside my comfort zone, I have embraced the journey of self-discovery and accountability. My transformation has not been a straight line; I’ve faced setbacks and challenges that taught me the invaluable lesson that progress outweighs perfection.
